This Privacy Policy applies to the PennyPod mobile application (the "Application") created by Casalige Enterprises, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This service is provided as a Freemium service and is intended for use "AS IS."Information Collection and Use The Application operates entirely on your device and does not collect, transmit, or store personal information, usage analytics, or diagnostic data off-device. All data stays entirely on your local device. The Application does not gather precise, real-time information about the location of your mobile device. We do not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data.Third-Party Access Because the Application does not collect your data off-device, we do not transmit aggregated, anonymized data to external services. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.With trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.Data Retention and Your Deletion Rights All User-Provided data is stored solely on your local device.Requesting Data Deletion: Because your data is not stored on our servers, you have total control over it. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.Intellectual Property Rights All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of Casalige Enterprises, LLC. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or any part of our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative works.Service Modifications and Pricing We are dedicated to ensuring the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to modify the Application, discontinue services, or introduce charges for features at any time and for any reason. Any applicable charges for the Application or its services will always be clearly communicated to you prior to purchase.Usage, Data Storage, and Security PennyPod is designed with a privacy-first, local-storage architecture. All data you enter into the Application is stored and processed exclusively on your local device. We do not transmit, store, or process your personal data on our servers.Because your data lives only on your device, you are solely responsible for exporting and backing up your data. Casalige Enterprises, LLC cannot recover, restore, or transfer lost information if your device is damaged, lost, stolen, or if you uninstall the Application.It is also your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and your access to the Application. We strongly advise against "jailbreaking" or "rooting" your device, as doing so removes official security restrictions, may expose your device to malware, and could cause the Application to malfunction.Network Connectivity and Third-Party Charges While the core functionality of the Application operates entirely offline, certain functions (such as downloading app updates or utilizing your device's native sharing features to export data) require an active internet connection. Casalige Enterprises, LLC cannot be held responsible if these specific functions do not operate at full capacity due to a lack of network access. Standard data rates and roaming charges from your mobile network provider may apply.Updates and Termination We may periodically update the Application. You agree to download and accept updates to continue using the Application. We do not guarantee that updates will always be compatible with your specific device or operating system. We also reserve the right to cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end, and you must cease using and delete the Application.Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Casalige Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.
